How I handle your data.

If you submit the demo form, I collect the details you type into it — typically your name, business name, email address, phone number, and any notes about your site. I don't run advertising trackers, and I don't share form data with third parties for marketing.

I contact permitted waste sites by email using publicly available business contact details (company websites, the Environment Agency public register, and similar sources). My lawful basis for that contact is legitimate interest — offering a service directly relevant to your operating permit and the DWT deadline.

Any business can reply and ask to be removed. I remove your address from my outreach list immediately and I don't need a reason.

Demo enquiries are kept for as long as we're in active conversation, and for up to 24 months afterwards so I can follow up sensibly. Outreach contacts are removed on request or when the address bounces. Records related to a paying customer are kept for as long as HMRC requires (currently six years).
