Why I'm offering this

My digital waste tracking work means looking up a lot of permitted waste sites. A lot of them have no website at all, or one that hasn't been touched in a decade and doesn't work on a phone.

Meanwhile people looking for a skip in your town are searching on their phone and finding somebody else.

I already build software for this trade. A website is the easy part.

  1. 01A site that works properly on a phone. Most of your customers are on one.
  2. 02Your services, your areas, your permit and licence numbers, your prices if you want them shown.
  3. 03A contact form that emails you, and a tap-to-call button on mobile.
  4. 04Your own domain name — I'll sort it, or move the one you've got.
  5. 05Set up so Google can find it: your town, your trade and your services in the right places. Nobody can promise where Google ranks you, and I won't.
  6. 06Changes when you need them. Email me what you want changing — I reply the same working day and tell you when it'll be done.

What it costs

£350 to build it. £35 a month after that.

The £35 covers hosting, your domain, security and small changes like new wording, photos or prices. Bigger jobs are priced before I start. No contract and no minimum term — stop whenever you like and I'll hand you the domain. No VAT to add — I'm not VAT registered.

    I build it and send you a link

    Nothing is public yet.

    You tell me what to change

    As many times as you like.
  4. Step 04

    It goes live on your domain

    I'll give you a date before I start. How quickly it goes live depends mostly on how fast you send your changes back.

Do I have to use your waste tracking as well?

No. They're separate. Plenty of people will only want one of them.

What if I already have a website?

I'll look at it and tell you honestly whether it needs replacing or just tidying up. If it's fine I'll say so.

Who owns it?

The domain is yours. It goes in your name and you can take it elsewhere whenever you want.
