I spend my days emailing permitted waste sites about digital waste tracking. A lot of them come back to me from a Gmail address with no website at all, or one that hasn't been touched in a decade and doesn't work on a phone.
Meanwhile people looking for a skip in your town are searching on their phone and finding somebody else.
I already build software for this trade. A website is the easy part.

What it costs
£350 to build it. £35 a month after that.
The £35 covers hosting, your domain, security and any changes you want making. No contract and no minimum term — stop whenever you like and I'll hand you the domain. Prices exclude VAT; I'm not VAT registered.
A local agency will quote you £1,500 to £3,000 up front for the same thing.

Straight answers
No. They're separate. Plenty of people will only want one of them.
I'll look at it and tell you honestly whether it needs replacing or just tidying up. If it's fine I'll say so.
You do. The domain goes in your name and you can take it elsewhere whenever you want.
